specifically for our Pass customers to enhance their practical use and
enjoyment of our beautiful city.

Audio Guides

Dive deep independently into Istanbul's heritage at your own pace with enhanced audio guides for your self-discovery.

Reservations Required: Some attractions and services require advance reservations. Easily book attractions and get instant confirmation.

Pre-Booking: Some popular attractions may need pre-booking due to potential daily ticket limits.

Walk-In: Directly enter the attraction by showing your Istanbul Tourist Pass® ID or attraction-specific QR code to authorized personnel at the entrance.

Skip the Ticket Queue/QR: Your digital ID or QR code allows you to skip long ticket lines allowing you to move towards to entry. All guests are subject to security lines.

Important Information
  • For your convenience, mobile QR tickets will only become visible on your smartphone when you are near the attraction's entrance. This helps prevent accidental sharing or loss.
  • Please ensure you have a stable internet connection on your smartphone to access and display your mobile QR tickets.
  • All guided tours are conducted in English.
  • Entrance to the Topkapi Palace is only available within the guided tours.
  • For guided tours, please meet our professional tour guides carrying white Istanbul Tourist Pass®️ flags, at the designated meeting points.
  • For guided museum tours, please arrive at the meeting points at least 15 minutes before the tour start time. Unfortunately, guests arriving more than 5 minutes late to the meeting point will not be able to enter the landmarks.
  • Pets are not allowed in the museums.
  • If you prefer not to join a guided tour at the museum entrances, you can skip the ticket queues and save time with a QR ticket, and explore freely at your own pace with the digital audio guide provided. Except the Topkapi Palace.
  • If you prefer to visit museums without a guide, you can dynamically generate your unique QR code for each museum entrance by tapping the "Show QR" buttons. To do this, your location needs to be near the museum's ticket counter.
  • You can freely visit tourist attractions such as the Blue Mosque, Suleymaniye Mosque, Grand Bazaar and Spice Bazaar whenever you want, with the audio guides we have prepared specifically for our Pass guests.
  • Please be advised that undergoing security control at the museum entrance is mandatory for every visitor.
  • Children will be asked to present their valid passport at the entrance of the museums in order to validate their age.
  • If you encounter any difficulties displaying your QR tickets, please don't hesitate to contact our friendly customer support team at the entrance for assistance.
