- No entry with swimwear.
- Parents bringing children should not leave them unattended.
- There are no refunds or rain checks.
- It is mandatory to follow the signs and slide instructions within the facility. Failure to comply with the rules may result in serious injury to yourself and others.
- Some slides and water activities may not be suitable for those with a fear of high speeds, heights, or enclosed spaces.
- Bag checks are conducted at the entrance for security purposes. Food, drinks, and glass items are not allowed inside the facility.
- Due to technical issues, some activities may be canceled or certain slides may not be operational during the day.
- The facility is not responsible for any loss of valuables left outside of the provided lockers.
- There are age restrictions on the slides; younger children may only use slides in the children's pool area.
- Remove keys and jewelry before swimming and sliding.
- A fee will be charged for lost keys.
