Zümrüt Sultanahmet Studio is located in Sultanahmet Square, one of the most central and accessible areas of Istanbul.
By Tram: Take the T1 tram line and get off at Sultanahmet Station. From there, it's just a short walk to the studio. If you're coming by taxi, you can ask the driver to take you to Sultanahmet Square, near Zümrüt Photography Studio.
On foot: For those who prefer walking, the studio is within walking distance of major attractions like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Basilica Cistern. If you need help finding the location, you can use the map on this page.
Ottoman Style Photo Shoot Experience at Zumrut Sultanahmet
Turn your Istanbul adventure into an unforgettable keepsake with a unique Ottoman-style photo shoot! Located in Sultanahmet Square, this professional studio offers an exclusive experience for Istanbul Tourist Pass® holders. You’ll start by choosing from a selection of luxurious Ottoman costumes designed for men, women, and children. You can prefer the regal look of a sultan, sultana, or Ottoman prince or princess, there's a perfect outfit waiting for you.
During the 15-minute photo session, the expert photographer will guide you through a series of elegant poses to create an authentic Ottoman portrait. Afterward, you'll view the images on a computer and select your favorite, which will be printed immediately (15x21 cm) and given to you as a free gift.

- Reservations are required between 10:00 AM and 5:30 PM. It is recommended to act in advance to book your slot.
- The photo shoot lasts approximately 15 minutes, including costume selection and posing.
- The free session includes one costumed group photo per Pass ID (solo, couple, or family). Additional photos and separate sessions are available for an extra fee.
- A 10% discount applies to all additional photo packages for Istanbul Tourist Pass® holders.
- Flashes may be dangerous for babies under 6 months, so it's recommended to avoid bringing infants to the session.
- The studio does not offer video shooting services, only professional photography.
- Additional prints or digital copies can be purchased directly at the studio.
