Prepare to witness all of the invasion of Constantinople's events that have been documented or written about in 3D at the Panorama 1453 History Museum. As you approach the structure, you begin to wonder what you will discover there. As you make your way down the spiral staircase, you are getting ready for the quest to conquer Istanbul. The walls are covered with texts and artwork from the Byzantine period that portray Istanbul and describe the city at that time. As you descend one story lower, you are greeted with details of the conquest. As you get closer to the conquest of Istanbul and the beginning of a new era, the dustiness of the manuscripts seems inconsequential; you want to view the conquest in 3D right now!
When you take your first step into the Museum, you will be initially unsure of where to look, and it is completely normal! The process of becoming oriented takes some time. So you will locate a corner and start to gradually notice that day, which was both fascinating and terrifying. The more the depth of the 3D features draws you in, the more amazed you become. You experience a sense of time travel. Soldiers from the Ottoman and Byzantine empires are around you. The cannon fire erupts from one side, and the cavalry charge from the other, the clash of swords raising your hair, not to mention the janissary march steadily getting louder. You are engaged in a bloody conflict. Even knowing who would win, the 3D is exciting.
You can't help but turn around a few times as you move toward the steps leading to the exit. The soldiers seem to be following you, and the sky seems to remain unchanged. You wonder who made this past a reality as each step puts you closer to Istanbul's present. It appears as though they are retaking Constantinople.
An intricate bus station building that was well-known to Istanbul residents originally stood in the center of Topkapi, but today there is a lush park instead. In addition to welcoming families and those looking for a respite, Topkapi City Park also houses the Panorama Museum. A 3,000-square-meter portion of the park is occupied by the museum. The project's coordinator is artist and cartoon director Hasim Vatandas, who is also the project's creator. Eight artists changed history in this initiative, which was initiated in 2005.
One of the most significant historical events has been revived in the last three years. Around 10,000 people can be seen in this distinctive panorama. The fact that this museum is the only one in the world with a 360-degree panoramic view is the most astounding aspect of it. The observers watch the images from a platform 14 meters away from the artwork in order to properly appreciate the 3D impact. Imitations of cannons, gun carriages, and powder kegs have been positioned in front of the panorama to give the impression that the conquest took place 555 years ago today. The perception of reality is enhanced by sound effects.
