Using AI, VR, AR, large-scale projections, spatial video installations, and interactive environments, the exhibition invites visitors into a multi-sensory journey across Van Gogh’s creative periods and emotional landscapes. From his early years to Saint-Rémy, his search for light, color, and meaning is brought to life through dynamic visuals and specially designed soundscapes.

- This is not a guided tour. Enjoy exploring the Digital Experience Museum at your own pace.
- The QR tickets are only displayed when you are near the entrance of the Digital Experience Museum.
- Photography and video recording are allowed during the visit.
- Food and beverages are not allowed inside the venue.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including electronic cigarettes.
- Pets are not permitted inside the museum.
- Due to security measures and visitor density, large items such as suitcases are not allowed. Please note that there are no locker or storage facilities available.
- The museum does not operate a reservation system. Entry is managed based on on-site capacity.
- The VR Room experience is not included in the standard ticket. VR tickets can be purchased separately at the museum ticket desk.
- The venue uses intense visual and audio content. In rare cases, visitors may experience dizziness or nausea. If this occurs, please end your experience and inform a staff member.
- Virtual Reality, Immersive Experience, and Augmented Reality activities are not recommended for pregnant visitors, those with heart or vascular conditions, a history of epilepsy, or visitors using medical devices such as defibrillators.
- Participation in the Virtual Reality experience is not recommended for children under 8 years old or visitors over 70 years old.
- All visitors entering the experience areas are considered to have acknowledged and accepted these conditions.
