As first-time visitors of Istanbul, we accidentally saw the ads of Istanbul Tourist Pass and bought it. It improved our itinirary way more than we expected and helped us save so much time, money, and energy. First of all, it has a useful app for android and ios. It has categories such as sightseeing, guided tours, museums, etc. You can see a variety of suggestions and services under each. As someone who had never been to Istanbul, i didn't have any idea which places to visit to make the best of our trip. But going through the menus of the app, i found so many interesting things to do and places to visit. That includes historical places, tours, shows, museums, etc. Moreover, under each entry, you can read all the details of that place such as the hours, locations, meeting points, and last but not the least, a video of that place which gives you a good idea of what to expect. Depending on the type of pass you buy, you can make reservation for the places you want to visit, simply by clicking on them. A large number of places don't even need reservations. You just walk in for free, only showing your digital pass. When there are guided tours available, you can only enter with the tour guides, who, in my experience, were very punctual, knowledgable and friendly. I myself organized an enjoyable itinirary.Too bad our trip was only for a few days. Otherwise, we could have visited more interesting places. Next time,i would definitely use istanbul tourist pass again.
Istanbul Tourist Pass is absolutely incredible! We purchased the five day pass and absolutely got our moneys worth. Our favorite activities were Dolmabahçe Palace, the dinner cruise, and Hagia Sofia.
Our guide was extremely informative, delving deep into the history of the mosque/museum/church and answering very minute questions, with good humor and great English. Recommended!
Good way to explore Istanbul, we went to the main attraction points with the pass, the best bit is it allows you to jump all the big queue. It saves a lot of time and energy! Highly recommended.
The tour guide was excellent. Her English was good and she was very knowledgeable and ready to answer all questions. Her enthusiasm, love and respect for her heritage was inspiring.
We took the Istanbul pass for three days and everything worked perfectly. When we hesitated, customer service was always available via WhatsApp and responded quickly. Great value for the price paid.

What a fantastic experience! I had a delightful insight into Turkish culture - the cuisine, the traditional dances and clothing, and most importantly, the service was second to none.
An exceptional tour. The Hagia Sophia is indeed a great wonder of the world. Guide Furkan is friendly, knowledgable and very interesting. The info and contacts to confirm details were great and as mentioned in other reviews his group really is a the front of a very long queue. I highly recommend this tour.
Had a great time on the cruise dinner. Food was okay but the overall vibe was off the charts. All performances were really good and engaging. The service was great too.

Really interesting tour! Our guide, Funkar, was great! Simple explanations and made it more fun with some quiz during the visit. At the end of the tour, he provided us all the information to make the most of our free time in the palace.

Skip the queue was fabulous at the Hagia Sofia and the Basilica Cistern and really worth the money. We were dancing as we skipped the long queues!

Definitely recommend! I purchased my tickets 20 minutes before arriving and there wasn't a problem with getting inside. I skipped the way of people who didn't have tickets.
Pretty amazing place, a really photogenic one if you are looking into taking a lot of pictures... We were lucky enough to be right on time to the lights show, so it was even ever than expected. The guide guy, was pretty kind and explained to detail facts about the place, how was it built and other things.
Everything very nice, I was enjoyed. I highly recommend!
