Final general review from a family-of-five perspective: we had a genuinely good Istanbul trip and the pass was a central part of why. Over seven days we did probably fifteen different activities on the pass, used the audio guide at most of the museums, took three guided tours, and contacted support a handful of times. Every part of the pass worked. The app didn't crash, the QR scanned at every gate, the tour guides were good, the audio guide was reliable, and the support was prompt and useful. That's all you can ask of a travel product. For a family with kids specifically, I'd single out the combination of variety and reliability as the main benefit. Breakfast at Le Vapeur Magique is very nice, typical Turkish coffee, very delicious! It is super worth taking a while to enjoy this tour!

We passed a wonderful week in Istanbul with the Istanbul Tourist Pass. We discovered many places, monuments, the aquarium, the cruise dinner and the trip to the Princes' Islands.
I was amazed by Hagia Sophia and Basilica Cistern. Using the pass was very practical — you can enter all places by showing your QR. I definitely recommend!
