Final general review from a family-of-five perspective: we had a genuinely good Istanbul trip and the pass was a central part of why. Over seven days we did probably fifteen different activities on the pass, used the audio guide at most of the museums, took three guided tours, and contacted support a handful of times. Every part of the pass worked. The app didn't crash, the QR scanned at every gate, the tour guides were good, the audio guide was reliable, and the support was prompt and useful. That's all you can ask of a travel product. For a family with kids specifically, I'd single out the combination of variety and reliability as the main benefit. You want enough to do without any of it going wrong, and the pass delivered that.
