1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized by Istanbul Tourist Pass® located at Ergenekon, Fransız Hastanesi Sokağı Kaya Apt No:1 Daire: 11, 34373 Şişli/İstanbul. For inquiries, please contact [email protected].
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or older, regardless of country of residence. Employees of Istanbul Tourist Pass®, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Period
The giveaway begins on May 22, 2025 and ends on June 15, 2025. Entries submitted outside this timeframe will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
To participate, entrants must:
· Follow @istanbultouristpass on Instagram
· Like the official giveaway post
· Tag three friends in the comments. Each additional friend tagged grants one bonus entry
· (Optional) Share the post to their Instagram Story and tag the organizer for another bonus entry
Each person may enter only once. Multiple or fraudulent entries will result in disqualification.
5. Prize
One randomly selected winner (and their guest) will receive:
· A 3-night stay at the elegant Ottoman Hotel Imperial, a boutique hotel located in the heart of Istanbul’s Old City, just steps from Hagia Sophia
· Two 3-day Istanbul Tourist Passes® granting access to over 100 attractions
· A complimentary lunch for two at Matbah Restaurant, an award-winning fine dining venue offering authentic Ottoman cuisine
· Daily hotel breakfast
Note: Flights, local transportation, meals (other than the complimentary lunch), visa fees, and personal expenses are not included.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected via random draw from all eligible entries on June 30, 2025. The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and must respond within 72 hours. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
7. Prize Redemption
The prize must be redeemed within six (6) months of the winner announcement. Hotel bookings and pass activations are subject to availability and blackout dates.
8. General Conditions
· The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
· Istanbul Tourist Pass® reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
· The organizer is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or the inability to deliver the prize due to force majeure events (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters, government travel restrictions).
· All applicable taxes, visa fees, and travel documents are the sole responsibility of the winner.
· Entries generated via bots, fake profiles, or deceptive tactics will be disqualified.
9. Disclaimer
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility related to the giveaway.
10. Data Protection
All personal data collected during the giveaway will be used solely for administrative purposes and prize fulfillment, and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent.
