How Does It Work?
After purchasing your Istanbul Tourist Pass®, you will receive access to the reservation system where you can book your transfer. During the booking process, you will need to provide your flight details, hotel information, passenger count, and contact number.
For arrival transfers, a meet and greet service is included. Your driver or transfer representative will be waiting for you at the airport with a name sign. To help the operation run smoothly, make sure your phone is on after landing and that you can be reached through the contact number shared during the reservation.
If the transfer team cannot reach you and you do not arrive at the agreed pickup point, the service may be considered a no-show.
Private transfers are available 24/7. Reservations must be made at least 12 hours before pickup time.
