Dialogue in the Dark
#274 in Istanbul
Can you imagine what is like to live in a world full of darkness? Can you imagine what would it be like to interact with your environment? How to communicate? How to move?
Dialogue in the Dark is a wonderful social project performed in many cities around the world for several years to teach us to change our erroneous conceptions and negative attitudes towards blind and deaf people by allowing us to experience many of their daily challenges and helping us empathize with them.
In Dialogue in the Dark, blind professional guides will lead you through specially built dark rooms where you will interact with the environment by using all your senses except, of course, your sight.
